This special fundraising event will bring together community leaders, local watermen and women, youth, and supporters to celebrate Vincent’s tireless work preserving the rich history of Carr’s, Elktonia, and Sparrow’s Beaches and his lifelong commitment to environmental justice and Black Maritime Heritage.
