About the event
Our 4th Annual spectacular fundraising event will bring together community leaders, local watermen and women, youth, and supporters to celebrate Vincent’s tireless work preserving the rich history of Carr’s, Elktonia, and Sparrow’s Beaches and his lifelong commitment to environmental justice and Black Maritime Heritage. As we push the BoCF forward, we pay special attention to and foster the development of our 'Next Generation of Environmental Justice Champions' (Nex Gen).

All proceeds directly support the mission of the Blacks of the Chesapeake Foundation: "Elevating Black Voices" through preserving Black maritime history, promoting environmental stewardship, and empowering the next generation through our Nex-Gen Environmental Justice Champions program.
